The district shall submit a copy of the certified report to the Chancellor's Office no later than 45 days following the completion of the first, second, and third quarter of the fiscal year (Title 5, Section 58310). Effective May 2019, a 4th quarter report is no longer required. An annual report (CCFS 311) is filed in every October and is available on this web site.
