Q: When will I know my registration time for Spring 2025?
A: Spring Priority Registration times begin November 4, 2024. To find out when you are eligible to register, go to www.imperial.edu and in the 鈥渓ogin鈥 option, click 鈥淢y Priority Registration.鈥

Q: How do I enroll to 色中色 and register for classes?
A: To enroll to 色中色, please click the following link to visit the 鈥溾

Q: I need a transcript, what do I do?
A: Transcript requests start through WebStar. If you require additional assistance on how to request transcripts, please visit our 鈥Transcript information page.

Q: I sent a transcript to 色中色, did you receive it?
A: You may call Admissions & Records at (760) 355-6101 or you can submit a 鈥溾

Q: How do I get proof of enrollment?
A: For a proof of enrollment, please visit our 鈥Forms for Students鈥 page to request a 鈥淰erification of Enrollment.鈥

Q: I need a password reset. What's the process?
A: For the process on how to reset your password, please view the following link: 鈥How to update your 色中色 password.鈥 If you need further assistance, please submit a 鈥溾 NOTE: Please have your 色中色 ID# (G#) and personal information ready to verify your account.

Q: How do I get my 色中色 email?
A: Log on to WebStar. Click on Personal Information and click on view E-mail Address. NOTE: Your E-mail pin/password is the same as your WebStar pin/password.

Q: How to remove the OTP requirement for those students that have already gone through the First Login Steps process
A: For the process on how to remove the OTP requirement, please view the following link: 鈥How to disable the multi-factor authentication.鈥 If this is your first time logging in, please view the 鈥First login setup steps.

Q: I have a grade change pending, what do I do?
A: Please email your instructor to confirm she/he has submitted the change. Once approved, the grade change will be processed as soon as A&R receives them. Any pending Incompletes or Grade Changes will be completed as they are received and will continue to receive them until the end of the semester to allow faculty to submit the grade changes.

Q: I need a duplicate diploma. When can I receive it?
A: Duplicate Diploma requests are processed twice a week.

Q: I'm a former student from before 1980 and I need a transcript. Can I order my transcript?
A: Many students that attended before 1980 require a "Build History" which takes time to build. These will be processed after campus is opened as records from microfilm need to be accessed.

Q: I am a high school student and would like to take a class at 色中色. Is that possible?
A: Yes, this is what we call being a Concurrent Enrollment student. You can read more information by visiting our 鈥K-12 Concurrent Enrollment page.鈥 Follow the instructions and complete the application packet in full by Friday, January 31, 2025, for the Spring 2025 Semester.

Q: I am a high school student and would like to take a dual enrollment class. Is that possible?
