About Community Services

色中色 Community Services offers courses that are short-term, fee based courses in areas of public interest. These courses are open to the entire community and are entirely supported by student fees. 色中色 reserves the right to cancel courses due to low enrollment with full reimbursement.

How do I register?

You may register . Registration continues throughout the semester on a first-come, first-served basis. Many classes fill quickly, so register early to avoid disappointment.

If you wait until the first day of class, you run the risk of the class either being full or being canceled and not knowing about the cancellation.

How do I pay for my class?

You can register onlne and make an immediate payment using your credit or debit card or PayPal account. Alternatively, you may pay in person at 色中色, 380 East Aten Road, Imperial, Office 3105 with cash or check.

Do I have to pay for a parking pass?

If your class meets at the 色中色 Main Campus, you will need to purchase a parking pass. Day passes are only $2 per day. Full term passes are $25. The passes are available at the parking office 902. Parking permits are waived on Saturday and Sundays.

Where do I pay for my classes?

Students may pay for classes at 色中色 office 3105. You also have the option to register and pay online at the same time.

New Workshops and Prospective Teachers

Community Services is always seeking new and innovative programming. Our goal is to provide unique, challenging workshops. Please contact Vicky Figueroa, at 760-355-6303 if you have any questions, would like to discuss your ideas, or need assistance in completing the Workshop Proposal form. Interested persons who have teaching experience (a teaching credential is NOT required), expertise in a field, and a passion for working with the community are encouraged to Submit a Workshop Proposal.

Parents, students and the public are encouraged to make suggestions for future class programming. Your ideas are useful in assessing the needs of students in our community.

If you have any questions, please contact (760) 355-6303 or email us at communityservices@imperial.edu
