The Career Services Strategic Plan addresses the critical need for a robust career services identified by Pathway Navigation. To support the development of the strategic plan, the team completed a self-assessment tool based on the National Association of Colleges and Employers (NACE) Professional Standards for College and University Career Services. The NACE tool was utilized to help create a comprehensive picture of our strengths, areas of improvement, equity practices, services, and effectiveness. This initiative aims to enhance the student experience by offering improved program components, fostering greater collaboration with employers, leveraging advanced technology, providing increased staff support, and utilizing state-of-the-art facilities.
